Your MTB fork is one of the most coveted and expensive components of your mountain bike, so it’s well worth protecting. The anodised stanchions and the disc calipers are susceptible to damage when the front wheel is removed and so it made sense to create a product that provides protection whenever the front wheel is removed.

If you’re heading to the trails with your mates, you may need to fit a few bikes in your car or van. Removing the front wheel and pedals and turning the bars lets you get a surprising number of mountain bikes packed in to a small space together. And this is exactly when damage occurs.

A: For inserting the front fork after riding to protect it and save space when travelling with multiple bikes.

Q: How does this work?

A: A hard wearing technical waterproof outer material together with 4mm closed cell foam inner provides the protection. Velcro strap feeds around the fork and is secured in place via two Velcro points at the front of the bag

Q: How do I use this product?

A: This product is for use when not riding. Take of the wheel of the mountain bike, and simply slide the fork bag around the front fork of the bike. Then attach the Velcro straps to the Velcro points on the front of the bag to keep the bag in place

A: A hard wearing, 600 Denier weight, technical Polyester fabric with a waterproof PVC membrane. Providing the padding is a performance grade, closed cell foam inner that does not retain mixture or attract mildew.

A: This product uses highly resistant waterproof materials but any open sides or pockets may let in water in the wettest of conditions.

A: When dry, use a nail brush or hand brush to remove dust, mud and marks. For more stubborn marks use a small amount of warm, soapy water to remove stains and then leave to air dry. This product is not designed for use in washing machines or tumble dryers.
