Custom Bike Bags

Need a high quality, padded bike bag but can't find a good one that will last? Is bicycle protection important to you? Do you need additional features which you can't buy off the shelf? Fassa can make you a one-off bag that gives you what you need.

The example shown is an oversized bag allowing you to reduce the bag in width, for example when you remove the wheels, by folding over the end and fixing down using the straps and clips provided. This fold also provides added protection around the rear derailleur.

Inside we are using a PE material which is wipeable and ideal for dirty bikes. We also have a softer material which can be used if your intention is to use your bag for clean bikes.

When dry, brush down with a soft brush to remove any dirt from black outer surround

Q: What is this product made of?

A: Light weight yet strong (180gsm) waterproof woven and coated 100% polyethylene textile outer. UV stabilised and totally resistant to mildew attack

Providing the padding is a performance grade, closed cell foam inner that does not retain moisture.

Q: Is this product waterproof?

A: This product is waterproof although the stitching line may let in water if completely submerged or left outside in the wettest of conditions. It will however dry right through with no threat of mildew or retained water.

Q: How do I clean this product?

A: When dry, use a nail brush or hand brush to remove dust, mud and marks. For more stubborn marks use a small amount of warm, soapy water to remove stains and then leave to air dry. This product is not designed for use in washing machines or tumble dryers.

Q: Is there a guarantee on this product?

A: This product comes with a 30 day return policy.

Q: How do I maintain this product?

A: This product does not require any maintenance when not in use. Ideally, leave in a dry, cool place when not in use.
