Ordering

To order our products you can register with us or set up as a Guest for a quick transaction. By registering you will have access to more information such as tracking your order.

If you have a Gift Code or Promotional Discount Code use this at the check out stage. These can be used in a single transaction only and are non refundable.

On placing an order, you will receive email confirmation. If you have a problem at payment stage email tramcar@fassa.cc with as much information as you can such as the order number, products ordered and so on.

While every effort is made to minimise errors on the website, occasionally it can happen and we reserve the right to refund your order prior to products being despatched, with you being fully reimbursed but with no rights to compensation.

Our products are made by hand and colours can vary very slightly, as can representation on a computer or mobile phone screen.

If you are considering cancelling your order, please initially email us at teamcar@fassa.cc with your reasons for cancellation and we will help you.
