The Defender provides next-level protection for your bicycle. The Defender is designed to protect your bicycle from all angles which is perfect for protecting your bike in storage or in transit. And there's no need to remove any parts of your bicycle to fit the Defender. So it's quick and easy to fit.

To fit, lower over the top tube and then fold out the flaps over the front and rear wheels on both sides and velcro shut. It's as simple as that.

The Defender is designed to be used in conjunction with other Fassa protection products such as Road Bike Hood Covers, Pedal Covers and MTB Bar End Covers.

Q: What is this product for?

A: The Defender is designed to slide in between bikes to prevent bike-to-bike damage.

Q: How does this work?

A: The Defender slides down one side of your bicycle and secures itself with a Velcro strap which runs through the seat post and a second over the bar stem. 8mm of closed cell foam padding provides a soft barrier to other bikes. The silver material is a robust, ripstop-style material, which if torn, stops the tear in its tracks. Any oil transferred from the bicycle can be wiped off with a soft cloth and a little washing up liquid.

A: Light weight yet strong (180gsm) waterproof woven and coated 100% polyethylene textile outer. UV stabilised and totally resistant to mildew attack

Providing the padding is a performance grade, closed cell foam inner that does not retain moisture.

Q: Is this product waterproof?

A: This product is waterproof although the stitching line may let in water if completely submerged or left outside in the wettest of conditions. It will however dry right through with no threat of mildew or retained water.

A: 1885mm wide x 920mm tall, easily folding twice to 630mm x 920mm for storage

A: This product is made in our factory in Dorset, United Kingdom and we buy our materials from our trusted suppliers in the UK.

Q: Does this product fit on my bike? Or; does this product fit on all bikes?

A: Fassa’s products are designed to be universal and designed to fit on mountain- and road bikes, unless otherwise indicated. Of course unusual sizes, such as tandems aren’t included.

A: The Velcro straps are adjustable via the Velcro system

Q: How do I clean this product?

A: When dry, use a nail brush or hand brush to remove dust, mud and marks. For more stubborn marks use a small amount of warm, soapy water to remove stains and then leave to air dry. This product is not designed for use in washing machines or tumble dryers.

A: This product comes with a 30 day return policy.

Q: How do I maintain this product?

A: This product does not require any maintenance when not in use. Ideally, leave in a dry, cool place when not in use.
